Foundations is the most gentle and simple course at Yoga for AS.
Foundations is 11 yoga poses, all sitting on a chair, plus one simple standing pose.
There is no getting to the floor in the Foundations Course.

Course 1
Course 1 is 14 simple yoga poses.
All are sitting on a chair, plus one simple standing pose.
The relaxation at the end of the follow alongs can be done sat on a chair or lying down.

Course 2
Course 2 is 13 mainly seated and standing poses, with a few very supported lying down poses. It is gentle and slow.
