we have created an online service providing live
classes, video tutorials and one to one coaching.

Yoga for AS classes are great, there is a real understanding amongst the members of how painful and difficult a condition AS is but also, a really positive reassurance that there is lots of things we can do to help ourselves. I learn something new in every class and after year of practice with Yoga for AS I now have real confidence that I can manage any flare by doing yoga and that I can do it anywhere, a wall or a chair are the only props I need to be able to practice comfortably and safely. It is great to have that knowledge and I will always be grateful to Yoga for AS to helping me to get there.

Jamie's understanding of AS & specific yoga practises to help combat these conditions gave me the tools to gain my mobility back. He has an amazingly approachable manner and a clear and concise way of teaching that has empowered me to keep up a consistent practice. Consequently having the most extraordinary effect on my condition. I'm off the meds and running again - I feel like a new man! Thank you Jamie.

When adherence to this programme is present, the results seen on BASMI are very favourable. The evidence is still evolving. We don’t have longitudinal studies to show that it would halt or slow the radiographic progression”.
