Course 5 is 12 yoga poses going deeper into safe yoga practice.
Before starting Course 5, explore Foundations, and Courses 1, 2, 4, 5 and Foundations.
Course 5 is 12 yoga poses going deeper into safe yoga practice.
Each yoga pose is taught in detail in video tutorials.
Once you’ve watched the tutorials, you can practice with a follow along video.
Each follow along video is about 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
You will need some space about the size of a single bed and a chair.
Some form of warm up is recommended before practicing.
Remember you can access non physical yoga practices: breath-work, meditation and relaxation techniques as part of Yoga for AS.
