Welcome to Course 6
Before starting Course 6, explore the Foundations Course, and Courses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Course 6 is 15 intermediate yoga poses. All the video tutorials are modified for people with AS.
Before starting Course 6, explore Foundations, Courses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Each yoga pose is taught in detail in video tutorials.
Once you’ve watched the tutorials, you can practice with a follow along video.
Each follow along video is about 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
You will need some space about the size of a single bed and a chair.
