Course 2 is 13 mainly seated and standing poses, with a few very supported lying down poses. It is gentle and slow.

Each yoga pose is taught step by step in video tutorials.
Once you’ve watched the tutorials, you can practice to a follow along video.
Each follow along video is about 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
You will need some space about the size of a single bed and a chair.
